Problem
AI is often adopted faster than the processes an organization uses to authorize tools, protect information and define accountability for outputs.
AI Governance for Business
When people and business functions use Artificial Intelligence tools, data, documents and information can leave the organization’s boundaries without management having a complete view of which tools are being used, how they’re being used and under whose responsibility. Governing AI means turning this grey area into rules, evidence and decisions that can be controlled.
AI is often adopted faster than the processes an organization uses to authorize tools, protect information and define accountability for outputs.
Personal accounts, Shadow AI and uploading company content can create exposures that are hard to detect. Even a single use can involve data, decisions, intellectual property or client communications.
PsychoDigital Lab helps organizations understand how Artificial Intelligence is actually being used, build the governance they need and develop internal capabilities.
Three services, one coherent pathway
Each service can be purchased independently. Together they form a progressive pathway that starts with an AS-IS picture and leads to putting governance into practice.
01 · Understand
An overview of how AI is used in your organization, which areas need attention and which actions are required and in what order of priority.
We gather the essential information, hold a structured discussion with management and analyze tools, use cases, initial risk areas and governance maturity.
02 · Govern
We build your organization’s Artificial Intelligence governance system with documents, registers, responsibilities and operational priorities.
The Sprint turns the assessment into an operational framework the organization can use. Delivery includes registers, policies, roles, risks, procedures and a roadmap with traceability of evidence and professional review.
03 · Enable
Business training to use AI consciously, responsibly and consistently with rules, risks and the organizational context.
Four hours of training with a core module and a module tailored to the organization. The program covers AI limitations, output verification, personal data, confidential information, Shadow AI, human oversight and expected behaviors.
The Check helps you understand the starting point. The Sprint builds the governance system. AI Literacy gives people the ability to apply it in their day-to-day work.
The prices shown refer to the standard scope of the services. Particularly complex requirements or additional activities are assessed together before the engagement starts.
Timelines start once the required inputs are available. Delays attributable to the client pause the delivery timeline. The services don’t constitute certification or an automatic guarantee of regulatory compliance.
