People
Employees, contractors, patients, customers and professionals access data with different roles and needs.
Privacy, Data Protection & Information Security
Customers, patients, employees, professionals and vendors generate information that moves through software, email, cloud services, documents and people. Data protection becomes effective when obligations, responsibilities, processes and evidence are transformed into a genuinely governed system.
Where risk really flows
Critical exposure rarely depends on a single document. It emerges from the interaction between people, systems, vendors and operational behavior. That is why privacy governance must reflect what actually happens.
Employees, contractors, patients, customers and professionals access data with different roles and needs.
Business applications, cloud services, email, medical records, CRM platforms and SaaS tools distribute information across different environments.
Software providers, hosting services, consultants and external services enter the processing chain and require governance.
Contracts, medical reports, case files, payroll and tax data require consistent access rules, uses and retention periods.
HR, marketing, administration, customer support and healthcare continuously turn data into decisions and activities.
Human error, improper access, loss or disclosure require clear procedures and timely response capabilities.
Different contexts, the same need for governance
The methodological core remains consistent. The scope changes according to the nature of the data, organizational complexity and the criticality of processing activities.
Healthcare
Health data, diagnostic systems, medical reports, bookings, insurance, telemedicine and IT providers require particular rigor in access, sharing, retention and incident management.
When data concerns health, protection and operational continuity become part of the same challenge.
Professional Services
Case files, financial, tax, judicial and corporate data move through email, cloud services, business applications, collaborators and external platforms where confidentiality is critical.
Professional confidentiality now also depends on systems, vendors and digital behavior.
Business & Organizations
Customers, employees, vendors, marketing activities and digital platforms require clear roles, up-to-date registers, usable procedures and control over the external parties involved.
Effective privacy governance means knowing who processes what, why, with which tools and under whose responsibility.
Four services, four outcomes
The services can be purchased independently or combined according to the organization's maturity, exposure and objectives.
A structured snapshot of the current state of data protection and the priorities that need to be addressed.
Build the operational framework with registers, procedures, responsibilities and a roadmap.
Ongoing professional DPO oversight with activities calibrated to the level of complexity.
Gap assessment and roadmap toward more mature information security and privacy management systems.
DPO as a Service
New processing activities, vendors, DPIAs, incidents, data subject requests, training and organizational changes require ongoing oversight that understands the context and can follow its evolution.
For organizations with a relatively simple structure and a limited volume of activity.
For organizations handling special categories of data, multiple vendors, multiple sites or higher-exposure processes.
For healthcare, complex organizations, high volumes or contexts requiring more frequent involvement.
The final profile is determined according to structure, data categories, processing volumes, stakeholders, systems, vendors and level of exposure. The DPO function retains its advisory and monitoring role.
Information Security & Privacy Management Readiness
Readiness makes it possible to measure the starting point, make gaps visible and build a proportionate implementation path before entering any certification process.
PsychoDigital supports assessment, readiness and implementation. Any certification is issued by competent and independent certification bodies.
How we work
The goal is not to produce isolated documentation. It is to build a system in which information, responsibilities, decisions and controls are consistent with how the organization actually operates.
We understand processing activities, data, systems, vendors, stakeholders and responsibilities.
We assess gaps, critical issues, maturity and priorities according to the context.
We build registers, procedures, roles, retention rules, control tools and operational documentation.
We define owners, responsibilities, decision flows and exception management methods.
We keep the system up to date through DPO oversight, periodic reviews, reporting and continuous improvement.
The prices shown refer to the standard scope. Full DPIAs, large-scale contract reviews, technical remediation, penetration testing or additional specialist activities are assessed separately before starting.
ISO services are readiness and implementation support activities. Privacy and DPO services do not provide an automatic guarantee of compliance: organizational accountability remains an integral part of the governance system.
Start from the real context
Tell us about your organization. The first step is to understand what data you process, which processes use it and where the main responsibilities are concentrated. From there we can identify the most proportionate level of intervention.
